Hershey says that all of their products are safe,but I am not too sure if they are being Honest with people. So, If any of you have eaten peanut butter cups this week,let me know... | Inspectors Find Mildew In Peanut Butter Plant!!! | | This kind of thing makes me very angry. I know that there are people hired to regulate these places, so that means that a lot of people were not doing their jobs. The health department, the owners, managers, and employees, and whoever else is responsible for making sure that these products reach our home in safe condition. Especially, when it comes to things that children can be exposed to. And we all no, no population loves and eats peanut butter, more than a child. I thank God that no one in my family was affected by this, but my heart goes out to those who have loss and have had to stress over love ones behind something that should have been easily avoided. They say that there were other violations that had already been documented, so why wasn't this company shut down immediately, at least until the problem was fixed and thoroughly inspected. We put trust in these manufacturers every time we pay money for their products.How are we going to keep confidence in them, if they keep making these kind of serious mistakes? | First salmonella in peanut butter now MERCURY IN CORN SYRUP! | | I can't believe this and it's really scary because there are so many foods out there and nobody ever knows until after the fact!I can't find a list of the salmonella peanut butter products. Peanut butter is a big source of protein and a main food in my house. I live in Malta.You can find peanut butter here but it's just not the same taste or texture as New York's and I can't find any right now, I haven't found any for about 2 months now!! | Peanut butter recall hurts FOOD BANKS! | | http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29021845/apparently a lot of the stuff donated is peanut butter related and has been recalled which has made them short on feeding the needy.. ordinarily i would say we all need to pitch in and donate to them but since a lot of people i know cant afford their own food it makes me really worry.. food banks are always low as is and now they are having to return a lot of it because of stupid recalls.. does any one have any ideas on how we can some how help the food banks?? its so sad[em]sad[/em] | |
